Mentoring programme at AGH-UST has started! The training for mentors conducted by Collegium Wratislaviense under the ETEIA project - Energy Transition Entrepreneurs in Action - developing a supportive academic environment for the young talents has ended.

Firstly, 20 selected mentors participated in six inspiring and interactive sessions perfectly combining theory and practice in order to become certified academic mentors. Potential mentees identified their mentors with whom they would like to develop their talents, and after their approval, they attended a one-day training session also conducted by Collegium Wratislaviense.

Now it is time for individual work in mentor-mentee pairs.
