September meeting in Portugal
ETEIA Energy Transition Entrepreneurs in Action Steering Committee meeting is behind us! Last week, the project partners met in beautiful Portugal at Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in Vila Real!
The meeting was started by Professor Katarzyna Styszko, the project co-coordinator, followed by the presence of Vice-Rector João Barroso.The Steering Committee discussions focused on the project results achieved so far in #2022 as well as further plans by the end of 2022 and early 2023. The following were discussed, among others:
- Diagnosis of needs and competence gaps in the area of creativity, innovation, and commercialization of knowledge.
- Mentoring of students and staff.
- Supporting start-up and internships.
The meeting participants also took part in a study visit to the Pinhão area. The visit made it possible to learn how cultural heritage interacts with local entrepreneurship and the landscape has witnessed technological, social and economic evolution for over 2000 years (UNESCO).On the next day, the participants took part in the Workshop on Energy Transition.
